Refund policy

Returns and refunds:

We do not accept returns and refunds on any item that is customized or made for your order.

Items that are not customized, are however eligible and can be returned within 14 days of your delivery date. Returns must be received, at purchasers expense, in the same condition that it was mailed to be eligible for refund.

In order to qualify for a refund, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund process, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Please note that we reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.

Completed orders:

We would like to inform you that orders placed online cannot be canceled for any reason. If you have any inquiries regarding product returns, discrepancies, damages, or any other concerns, please contact Jana Decor directly at support@janadecor.com.

Damaged during shipping:

If your item(s) is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will promptly replace your damaged item and ship it to you as soon as possible.
