DESIGN REQUESTS: Please let us know if you have a specific design request. For example: If you see a design you like that is only available for Bridal Shower but want it for your wedding, we will be more than happy to change the existing design for your need.

SHIPPING: Orders are currently being processed within 4 business days (Monday through Friday). However for bulk orders exceeding $200+, the production timeline extends to 7-10+ business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2-5 business days, depending on carrier timelines and any unforeseen delays. 

To ensure your items arrive in time for your event, we recommend placing your order well in advance.

PROOFS: Proofs are available upon request or if changes are made to the font or other design elements. If a proof is sent, please approve it promptly to avoid delays in processing your order and shipping times.

RETURN OR REFUND: We do not accept returns and refunds on any item that is customized or made for your order. Items that are not customized, are however eligible and can be returned within 14 days of your delivery date. Returns must be received, at purchasers expense, in the same condition that it was mailed to be eligible for refund.
